Human Proteome Sequence Motif Matcher
This bioinformatic tool searches the Expasy human proteome database for a user specified peptide sequence.
To use this tool, input a sequence - either specific or redundant - you wish to search the human proteome with. A search will be performed of the Expasy human proteome using this sequence and idetified hits displayed in the next window.
*A minimum of three non-variable amino acids are necessary to utilize this tool.
