Measurements allow users to view the distance between certain atoms in Angstroms. Only intra-layer measurements are currently supported.

Select the measurement tool in the toolbar, or go to Model -> Measure.
Drag the mouse from one atom to another atom in the 3D viewer.
Upon successful measurement, a line will be drawn showing between the two atoms measured.
To remove a measurement, click on the remove button in the measurement table.
