Reference

VistaPDB provides a reference window which contains data for structural constants. Amino acid structure - both 2D and 3D, helix and sheet data, and much more. To open up the reference window:

Go to Tools -> Reference.
The new window contains all the reference data VistaPDB provides.
To view the 3D representation of a particular residue, select the residue in the table on the left.
To view more information, select the information button in the upper left.
