Current Selections

Specific residues of a model can be changed in a number of ways by selecting specific residues and altering their appearance via the Layer -> Current Selection menu. Alterations include:

Show Current Selections (Main and Side Chains)
Hide Current Selections (Main and Side Chains)
Show Current Unselected Residues (Main and Side Chains)
Hide Current Unselected Residues (Main and Side Chains)
Set a custom display color.
