Residue Type Selections

VistaPDB allows users to select residues by residue properties:

• To select residues by their hydrophobic or hydrophillic properties, go to Layers -> Select Hydrophillic or Select Hydrophobic.
• To select residues via their residue type, go to Layers -> Select Residue Type and choose the type of residue to select.
• Only residues in the current layer and chain will be selected.
