Selections

VistaPDB allows users to select residues in multiple ways:

To select residues via the 3D viewer, select the arrow icon in the toolbar or go to Model -> Select. Use the mouse to click on residues you would like to select. Clicking on atoms is more accurate than clicking on bonds.
To select residues via the sequence table, simply select the appropriate residues in the table.
