Ball Models
Ball and stick models are an excellent tool to visualize protruding residues as well as pockets in a macromolecule.
To show a ball and stick model, go to Layers -> Ball and Stick. Alternatively, select the ball and stick model type from the viewer toolbar.
- Carbon: White
- Nitrogen: Blue
- Oxygen: Red
- Sulfer: Yellow
- Phosphate: Green
