Space Filling Models

The space filling model is an excellent representation of the macromolecule as a whole. The size of the balls can be rendered using Van Der Waals radii, creating a pseudo-volume ecompassing model.

To view a space filling model, go to Layers -> Space Filling. Alternatively, select the space filling icon in the toolbar menu.
